Gez turned up early which suited us perfectly and got straight on with the high traffic areas. He was friendly without hovering and the carpet tiles came up much cleaner than I expected.

Our leather sofa was looking dull and felt sticky from years of quick “cleaning” with whatever was under the sink. They turned up when they said and worked steadily without making a song and dance.

The finish looks much more natural now, not shiny or streaky. The seat areas feel softer and the arms no longer look grubby. They also cleaned up properly before leaving which matters to me. It’s the kind of service that just makes the house feel nicer afterwards.

I’ve had cleaners in the past that leave the carpet feeling a bit crunchy. This one came up soft and fluffy and there’s no tacky residue at all.
